2. Data Collection and Purpose of Processing

We process personal data in the following instances:

  • Contact Inquiries: Name, email address, and message when using the contact form or sending an email.
  • Contract Fulfillment: Name, address, and payment details for invoicing and delivery of master files.
  • Communication: Phone numbers when contacted directly via telephone.

The purpose of this processing is to respond to your inquiries and provide our mixing and mastering services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is carried out based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG):

  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR: Your explicit consent (e.g., when submitting the contact form).
  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR: Legitimate interest in efficient communication with our clients.

4. Data Transfer and Third-Party Providers

For the technical transmission of form messages, we utilize the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Consequently, the entered data is transferred to servers located in the USA. While FormSubmit commits to basic data protection standards, the level of data protection in the USA may not fully correspond to that of the EU.

Our hosting is provided by World4You Internet Services GmbH (Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz). A corresponding data processing agreement is in place.

5. Storage Period and Deletion

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g., tax law obligations).

According to our internal policies, project data and associated communication are stored for a period of 6 months after the project is completed and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation exists.

Your consent for data usage via the LocalStorage key brsh-consent is stored for 180 days.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to access your stored data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability.
